How does the diagnosis work?
After the initial contact, a date is defined and some preliminary data is colected. The work combines interviews, visits to the company, observations and verification of the day-to-day and specific data.
Feedback is presented at a meeting directly to senior management and/or the management committee. Recommendations and an outline of a performance improvement plan are presented. These elements are sufficient to confirm or deny the General Management’s intuitions and to make the necessary high level decisions.
